new 25man loot rules:
Once u win a items, u will be not allow to "in" another typical item again. for ex. if fish win a shouder drops by tidewalker, and Luker also drop one he want. now fish have to let onther ppl get it 1st. but if this shouder no1 want it, u may take this for free. (1epic per person per nite)
if u realllly want the 2nd shouder, 2xorgin dkp will be spend on.(which means twice dkp spend) and also u r highest dkp in "wanting list" (ppl who tpye "in")
Another situation : for ex. fish wins a shouder drops by tidewalker which worth 10 dkp, and also the t5 shouder drops, if his dkp the is highest one for t5 shouder he will get it for 20dkp. coz he already spend 10dkp on a shouder.
